These terms govern your use of justgoodadvisors.com and anything you purchase through it. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
Who we are
Just Good Advisors is a Limited License Corporation, operating from New Orleans, Louisiana. We provide organizational development consulting, training, facilitation, coaching, and digital courses.
Using the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes. You may not:
Use it in a way that damages, disables, or interferes with it
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it
Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission
Use it to transmit harmful code
Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to Just Good Advisors unless otherwise noted. This includes text, graphics, logos, course materials, workbooks, frameworks, and downloadable resources.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
What you can do with purchased materials. When you buy a course or download, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own learning. You may use the frameworks in your own work. You may not:
Share your course login with anyone else
Distribute course materials or workbooks to people who have not purchased
Teach or resell the material as your own
Use the material to build a competing course or training
Organizations that want to use material with a group should purchase group access. Email danielle[at]justgoodadvisors.com.
Purchases and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already made.
Payment is processed by a third-party processor. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well as ours.
Refunds
Digital courses and downloads. All sales are final. Because these products deliver immediately and in full, we do not offer refunds.
If something is not working, or the product is not what was described, email danielle[at]justgoodadvisors.com and we will make it right.
Live trainings and workshops. Cancellation terms are set in the individual agreement for each engagement.
Coaching. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set in the coaching agreement.
Course access
Course access is granted to one individual. Access is not transferable.
We intend to keep courses available indefinitely, but we reserve the right to retire a course. If we do, we will give enrolled students at least [90] days notice and the opportunity to download materials.
We may suspend or terminate access if you share your login or violate these terms. No refund is given in that case.
Consulting and professional services
Consulting, training, facilitation, and coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement governs.
Nothing on this site constitutes a proposal or an offer to enter an engagement.
No guaranteed outcomes
Our courses, trainings, and coaching provide education and professional guidance. They do not guarantee any specific result. Organizational change depends on many factors outside our control, including your context, your leadership, and your follow-through.
Not legal, medical, or therapeutic advice
Content on this site and in our courses is educational. It is not legal advice, human resources compliance advice, medical advice, or psychotherapy.
Coaching is not therapy. If you are dealing with a mental health concern, please work with a licensed clinician. If you need legal or HR compliance guidance, consult a qualified attorney or HR professional.
Coaching credentials
Danielle DeRuiter-Williams is a coach in training and is completing a coaching certification. She is not currently credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Good Advisors is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Good Advisors from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or our materials, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
